Cardenden ASC is a family friendly swimming club, at the heart of the local community, who aim to teach children of all abilities to swim. We offer  classes from complete new starts, through to competative swimming. Our swimming lessons run in line with Scottish Swimming's 'Learn to Swim' programme, to allow an easy transition.

We  train at Bowhill Swimming Pool on Monday's and Wednesday's and also have a session at Micheal Woods on a Thursday for our Bronze, Silver and Gold squad swimmers.
